"I have been working with Sarah for 5 months now and I waited to write this review until I had a tangible change that I could share. When I came to Sarah I had just had my third miscarriage in a row and was feeling pretty desperate and depressed. After four healthy pregnancies I didn't understand why this was happening. As she looked at my bloodwork she had explanations for everything. We worked through it all and slowly began to rebuild the areas in my body that needed support. She was positive and encouraging and honest. I am now 10 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby and everything feels 'normal' this time.
