Functional Medicine for Fertility

When conception feels harder than it should, we look deeper, past convention fertility testing, often to find the unfindable. Fertility challenges often reflect underlying imbalances. Through advanced lab testing and individualized nutrition, we help uncover and address these imbalances. Our fertility care supports both natural conception and those pursuing assisted reproduction technologies (IUI, IVF), working to enhance outcomes by improving overall physiology.

Functional Medicine Intake​
Sarah will spend extensive time discussing your previous health history along with current symptoms, diet, lifestyle habits, as well as review lab history and supplements. During this appointment you will be given the "next steps" in your care. This may include diet and lifestyle modifications, supplement and/or herbal protocols, additional lab testing, and other modalities. Initial intake appointments run 60 - 75 minutes. 

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE INTAKE | $475

*Sarah is not a medical doctor and cannot prescribe or modify prescription medications.

Functional Medicine Couples Fertility
Working with both partners in fertility care is crucial to success in treatment. During these appointments, Sarah will spend extensive time discussing the previous health history, current symptoms, diet and lifestyle habits, previous lab history and supplements with both partners as it pertains to fertility success and goals. During this appointment you will both be given the "next steps" in your care. This may include diet and lifestyle modifications, supplements and/or herbal protocols, additional recommendations for lab testing, and other modalities. Couples fertility intakes run 90 minutes.

Functional Medicine Follow Up
Follow up appointments are critical to sustained treatment success. During these appointments Sarah will assess your symptoms and the treatment protocol making adjustments as necessary, answer your questions, and keep you motivated to reach your health goals. 

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE FOLLOW UP | $70 - $280

*Pricing is based on time spend in the appointment and is billed in 15 minute increments.
